There were many cases of HIV infection among the Hemophiliacs during the 1980s; moreover, the physicians had to face with difficult problems that whether they should inform the truth on HIV infection to their parients even though no treatment on HIV disease existed at that time. Despite such difficulties, however, these physicians relied on the basic counseling slills to construct a new relationship between their patients and themselves.
