We learned about mechanisms of the brain and PTSD through a lecture by Bessel A. van der Kolk, and also learned about the ARC Framework: Attachment, Self-Regulation, and Competency, which is a component-based intervention model for complex childhood trauma. We visited two facilities for trauma specific residential services that have successfully adapted the ARC framework for their daily program under the supervision of the Trauma Center. The Trauma Center's experiences suggest that we have to know about the total mechanism of trauma and develop an inclusive framework for practical interventions for both caretakers and children to provide an integrative and effective treatment for complex childhood trauma.}, pages = {1--18}, title = {米国における新しいトラウマ治療の動向 -子どもの複合的トラウマ治療のための枠組 ARC理論-}, volume = {58}, year = {2011}, yomi = {クニヨシ, トモコ} }
