 note = {P(論文), The essence of freedaom for John Locke is a freedom within the bounds of law. He says "the end of law is not to abolish or restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom. Where there is no law, there is no freedom." Acdording to Locke's view, this law is based on the law of nature which God enacted for human beings. Therefore this freedom is not a free conditon with which people fill their desires but is their right assured by God in order to represent God's glory and practice the law of neighborly love.},
