A questionnaire was administered to students in a class taught by the author. KH Coder was used for the analysis.\n The results revealed the following: \n1) Before the class, students had a rigid impression of professional \nethics; \n2) After the class, students had an impression of professional ethics as a frame of reference for thinking appropriately in each case that was held.\n The code of ethics that defines professional ethics in clinical psychology is not only a code of ethics to be followed, but also to be utilized.
