| 内容記述 | 本研究では精神保健福祉士養成教育における実習でのグループスーパービジョンに関する文献整理をもとに、養成校で実施されるソーシャルワーク実習指導でのグループの効果的活用に向けた今後の研究課題を考察することを目的とした。今後の研究課題の考察にあたって、①ソーシャルワーク実習スーパービジョンに関する調査研究、②精神保健福祉士養成教育における実習スーパービジョンに関する調査研究、③実習指導におけるグループスーパービジョンに関する調査研究、の3段階で文献をレビューし、それぞれ挙げられている課題を中心に文献整理を行った。その結果をもとに、①養成校におけるスーパーバイザーの課題、②グループスーパービジョン実施における課題、③精神保健福祉士養成教育における課題の3点から今後の研究課題を考察した。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to consider future research topics for the effective use of groups in social work practicum supervision at training institutions, based on a literature review of group supervision in the training of mental health social workers. The literature review was conducted in three stages : 1) research on social work practicum supervision, 2) research on practicum supervision for mental health social workers, and 3) research on group supervision in social work practicum education. The literature was organized focusing on the issues presented in each stage. Based on the results of the literature review, future research topics were considered from three perspectives : 1) issues related to supervisors in training institutions, 2) issues related to implementing group supervision, and 3) issues related to training institutions for mental health social workers. | |||||||
