It is evident that sexism was supported by an old-fashioned gender norm which exaggerated the inherent characteristics of each sex. But the mutual role expectation between a man and a woman in everyday life is defined by the individual images of each sex. Naturally these images are subjective and often irrational. Besides, the formation of reality cannot easily escape from the force of historical inertia. So it is natural that the individual consciousness cannot rapidly change. Secondly, many men feel difficulty adapting themselves willingly to the changes of their female partners, and tend to find a shelter in the male friendship or have even antipathy against radical feminism. This is a hidden aspect of reality. Besides, according to most of the physiologists, men are biologically inferior and weaker than women. The fact is that the aggressive attitude of women adds new stress to the men's stress resulting from the changing structure of industrial society where the value of muscle has been decreasing. Now women should devise new tactics and techniques in order to help and animate the other sex whose spirits become lowered and often depressed if they wish to establish a better partnership with the weaker animal,men.}, pages = {37--57}, title = {<研究ノート>「ジェンダー論」の余白に-「らしさ」の構造と様態}, volume = {15}, year = {2001}, yomi = {コセキ, サンペイ} }
