The present study examined the relationship between these team activities and the acquisition of information on other team members by home-visit care providers. The subjects were 500 randomly selected care providers working in home-visit care service centers registered in WAM NET in Area A. Questionnaires were distributed to one care provider from each center, and they returned the completed forms by mail. A total of 256 care providers (51.2%) were analyzed.
