 note = {フェミニズム的活動を行う女性グループでは、しばしば、権力構造を否定する関係性、すなわち、対等な関係性、「平場」の関係性が目指される。そこではしばしば、権力構造をともなう組織であれば解決されていたかもしれない困難が発生する。権力や権威を否定することは、フェミニズム的理念にはかなうが、活動が力を持ち、持続、発展していく際には足かせとなる。しかしそれは、結果として、それらの困難を乗り越えたグループが持続、場合によっては発展、成功していることを意味する。本稿では、フェミニズム的側面を持つ女性グループにおける平場の意味と、平場的組織のあり方の困難、その解決について、いくつかの事例を紹介する。女性が平場の関係性を持続させ、そこでの活動を発展させるちから、場合によっては外部の何らかの構造に働きかける権力を持つためにはどういったことが必要であるのかを知る道筋のヒントを明らかにしていきたい。, Feminist action groups like equal relationships. The act of denying power structures fits with some feminist thoughts. However, this act prevents such groups from innovating. In other words the groups that can overcome these difficulties can continue to innovate and succeed.
In this paper I introduce what equality is, difficulties of equality an  solutions for such difficulties in some women's action groups. I aim to identity a method where feminist groups can have power and capital and can influence gender structures.},
