This type of relationship causes difficulties. If they have power structures, such groups may be able to easily resolve such problems.\nThe act of denying power structures fits with some feminist thoughts. However, this act prevents such groups from innovating. In other words the groups that can overcome these difficulties can continue to innovate and succeed.\nIn this paper I introduce what equality is, difficulties of equality an  solutions for such difficulties in some women's action groups.
