The valid response rate was 48.3%（169 people). A multiple regression analysis based on the forced injection method was conducted, with factors related to \"understanding of information\" as dependent variables, and \"the characteristics of the specialists\" and \"human environmental factors\", including control variables, as independent variables. The factors related to \"understanding of information\" were associated with specialized fields, training on care management, and the users of care services and other people (as human resources).
