College","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_28":{"attribute_name":"要旨(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"生物分野において,マイクロスケール実験に関する教材開発は有用である。しかしながら,これに関する報告は僅少である。本研究では,高等学校生物で扱う酵素反応に注目して,授業実践を通したマイクロスケール実験の有効性について検討した。授業実践は2019年10月上旬~11月中旬,兵庫県立H農業高等学校3年生の生物選択者17名を対象に行った。授業は1回が2時間連続(50分 × 2コマ)で,「だ液を用いたアミラーゼの活性測定」,「ダイコン,ニンジン,サツマイモやだ液に含まれるアミラーゼの活性比較」,および「パイナップルとキウイに含まれるプロテアーゼの性質」に関するマイクロスケール生徒実験を取り入れた。「アミラーゼの活性比較」を除き,生徒実験の結果は予想される結果を再現した。実験終了後,生徒は実験結果について活発に討議し,授業後のアンケート結果からも,マイクロスケールの有用性を評価する回答が多く得られた。以上より,今回実施した高等学校生物に関するマイクロスケール実験が,生徒の意欲や理解向上にとって有効なツールであることが明確となった。さらに,言語活動の充実を実現する上で重要なツールとなることも示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.18878/00005736","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_select_43":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_select_item":"publisher"}]},"item_10002_text_31":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"神戸女学院大学教職センター"}]},"item_10002_text_47":{"attribute_name":"著者所属","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"兵庫県立御影高等学校
