本稿では、作曲家、教育者としての彼の業績と遺徳について論じる。, Sei IKENO was one of the most unique contemporary Japanese composers. He excelled in orchestration, especially in his use of percussion and brass instruments, and left behind many film scores as well as some concert works with overwhelmingly powerful sonorities. He also exerted his individuality in music education and taught with exceptional knowledge and sincerity.
This paper discusses his legacy and achievements as a composer and educator.},
