| 内容記述 | It is written in many books about Christian theology and science of religion that Christian God is transcendent and oriental gods which contains Japanese gods are immanent. For Christian God, the Creator is situated as being that absolutely transcends nature and the universe, but such an absolute god is not the object of Asian faith and every gods are situated within nature. As the God is clearly discerned from human beings in Christian theology, the God is in the meaning transcendent and absolute. However from the point of the area, it is plainer to think that Christian God is immanent within our existence. The Holy Spirit which bears witness Christ's love remains within a human body as a temple (1 Cor. 6:19). We cannot believe in Christian God without the conception of the immanence. Besides the transcendence of the God also must be proclaimed to accept the God as the ground of the entity, the principle or the origin of every lives. Therefore according to Paul Tillich the being of God is being-itself. | |||||
