| 内容記述 | 性別二元論が既にジェンダー・アイデンティティの確固たる基盤ではなくなりつつある現代において、異性装を問うことはどのような意味を持つのだろうか。本稿では、現代日本文学のテクストにおける異性装の表象に焦点を当てる。山崎ナオコーラ『私の中の男の子』（2012年）と山下紘加『クロス』（2020年）という二つの作品を取り上げ、〈性〉を装うことが既存のジェンダー・バイアスやセクシュアリティの規範にどのような揺さぶりをかけるのか、そこにどのようなサバイバルの可能性が託されているのかを分析する。また、ジェンダーの〈越境〉か〈維持〉かという二項対立には回収されない異性装のありようにも着目することで、性別二元論が揺らぐ今日的な時代状況において〈性〉を装う行為はどこに向かっていくのかという問いに対するひとつの見通しを示したい。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | What does it mean to question cross‒dressing today, when the gender binary is becoming a less solid foundation for gender identity? This paper focuses on the representation of cross‒dressing in contemporary Japanese literature. It examines two works, Yamazaki Naocola’s The Boy Inside Me (Watashi no naka no otokonoko, 2012) and Yamashita Hiroka’s Cross (2020). It focuses on how wearing the clothes of a different gender challenges existing gender biases and norms of sexuality, and it analyzes the possibilities for survival entrusted within this act. This paper also focuses on the ways in which cross‒dressing, which does not neatly fit into the dichotomy of gender as either "transgressing"or "maintaining"a border. Through these analyses, the paper aims to present a perspective on the direction in which the act of wearing clothes of a different gender is headed in today’s society, wherein the significance of the gender binary is wavering. | |||||||||||
