| 内容記述 | 2017年告示の改訂学習指導要領は「資質・能力」の育成を目指すものである。小学校校歌詞の比較で思考力や判断力、表現力の育成のためには追究の視点（位置、場所、人間と自然との相互依存関係、空間的相互依存関係、地域）を生かした問いが重要である。どこに？（位置）、どのように？（分布）など分布の規則性や傾向性を読み取る活動を通して、事象や場所の一般性や共通性、地域差を見いだす。またどのような？（場所）と、場所の自然的条件や社会的条件を明らかにし、場所や地域についての事実認識をもつ。そして、なぜ？と地域という枠組みの中で、多面的・多角的に考察することが求められる。最後にどうなるか？どうするべきか？（地域）、その地域は将来どのような姿になっているべきか、そのために私たちはどう行動すべきなのか、特に地域環境の将来像を公正に選択・判断する力を養うことが大切である。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The revised curriculum guidelines 2017 aim to nurture “qualities and abilities.” In analyzing elementary school song lyrics for developing critical thinking, judgment, and expressive skills, it is essential to incorporate investigative perspectives such as position, place, interdependence between humans and nature, spatial relationships, and regional aspects. Activities that involve reading the regularities and trends in distribution— answering questions like where ? (position) and how? (distribution)—play a vital role in discovering events and places’ generality, commonality, and regional distinctions. Moreover, understanding what ? (place) and elucidating a place’s natural and social conditions contribute to developing a factual awareness of places and regions. A comprehensive examination is required within the framework of “why ?” in the context of an area, considering multiple facets. Lastly, addressing “what will happen?”, “what should be done ? (region)” involves contemplating the future shape of that region and determining our actions accordingly. Cultivating the ability to choose and judge the future image of the regional environment impartially is particularly crucial. |
