| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、現代日本社会において、人々の意識の中でどのように排除がなされているのかということを、労働・仕事を素材として検証することである。昨今の日本においては、労働に関する意識的相互作用の中で弱い立場に置かれる人々が生み出されてしまう、「他者化」という問題が見られる。そして、その排除現象が生み出される背景には、日本に根強く残っている、「高度成長期モデル」と「正社員メンバーシップ」という2つの習慣があると思われる。本稿では、このような問題に焦点を当てている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to inspect how exclusions are made in people's consciousness in contemporary Japanese society by using labor and work as materials. In today's Japan, the problem of "othering" is seen when people placed in a weak position are produced through the conscious interaction of labor. And in the background of its exclusion phenomenon, there seem to be two persistent customs of "high-growth period model" and "full-timers membership". This paper focuses on such issues. | |||||
