| 内容記述 | 安住（2006a,b）は大学生の進路選択決定のプロセスについて調べるために、2001年度から2004年度にかけて進路相談で来談した学生102名について、面接の中でどのようなテーマを取り扱うかを学年別に比較した。その結果、3年時に「自分を振り返る」「適性について考える」「進路の見直し」などのテーマがピークを迎え、4年生時には「決意・決断」「確認・報告」といった終盤の課題を取り扱っていた学生が多かった。2015年度から2017年度にかけて進路相談にきた学生166名について同様の調査を行ったところ、1年から4年にかけて「気持ちの整理」「自分を振り返る」「親との問題」「進路の見直し」といったテーマが増加していた。また後者の方が進路選択の課題に取り組む時期が早期化・遷延化している傾向が見られた。さらに2016年の障害者差別解消法の施行により、カウンセラーが障害者支援の視点から学生の支援を行うようになったことから卒業後に就労支援機関とつなぐなどの新たなアプローチが必要になってきたことが浮き彫りになった。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In order to investigate the process of college students' career choice decision making, Azumi (2006a,b) compared the types of themes dealt with in interviews with 102 students who came for career counseling from FY2001 through FY2004, by grade. The results showed that themes such as "reflecting on oneself," "thinking about one's aptitude," and "reviewing one's career path" peaked in the third year, while in the fourth year, many students dealt with endgame issues such as "determination and decision" and "confirmation and reporting". From FY 2015 through FY 2017, 166 students who came for career counseling ,a similar survey of 166 students who came for career counseling revealed that themes such as " sorting out feelings," "reflecting on oneself," "conflicts with parents," and "reviewing one's career path" increased from first to fourth year. The latter tended to be earlier and more prolonged in addressing the issue of career choice. Furthermore, the implementation of the Law for the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities in 2016 has led counselors to support students from the perspective of supporting persons with disabilities, highlighting the need for new approaches, such as connecting students with employment support organizations after graduation. | |||||||||||
