| 内容記述 | The author gave an outline of Tronick’s Dyadic Expansion of Consciousness Model, and mentioned that it’s available for understanding psychotherapy processes. Tronick,E. has worked on his studies about interactions between infant and caregiver, of which his still face paradigm is representative, through the microanalysis moment by moment. As a result he proposed his mutual regulation model based on the dynamic systems theory. Mutual regulation model is the hypothesis that infant and caregiver continue to regulate their emotional states mutually and through these processes, they co-create meanings about self and the other. Meaning is a crucial concept for Tronick,E., which is relevant to the changes in emotional development and psychotherapy. It means to place one in the world and to direct one to the world. Meaning is also expressed and communicated through multi-channels, for example, body, behavior, emotion, and thought. When interactive dyad cocreate new meaning through their mutual regulation process, and they incorporate it into each state of consciousness successfully, their states of consciousness are expanded, and are updated more complex but more cohesive. This is the dyadic expansion of consciousness model. State of consciousness is a psychobiological organization, which means to have an impelling certitude toward the world. From the viewpoint of dyadic expansion of state model, Changes in a client through psychotherapy process are recognized as updates of his state of consciousness, by incorporating dyadic state of consciousness which develop through co-creative meaning making process. That is why therapeutic intervention to support and to facilitate this process is important. The author showed the clinical material of an toddler’s play therapy session which Tronick,E. illustrated in his paper, and explained how that therapy process is understood from dyadic expansion of consciousness model. At the last part of this paper the author considered about the differences between Tronick’s model and BCPSG’s ideas ,which are also based on the dynamic systems theory, about psychotherapy process. |
