| 内容記述 | We focused on the psychology of communication when making emergency phone calls. First, we have described the current situation related to 119 calls, or emergency calls, in Japan. Next, the structure and function of emergency communication are discussed from the perspective of psychology. Finally, we have strongly emphasized the critical need for empirical research on 119 calls. |
