| 内容記述 | 本稿で私は、「真実を知りたいという本能epistemophilic instinct」（Klein, M. 1926）が精神分析的な治療関係を特徴付けることを、臨床症例を用いて主張した。人が「真実を知りたいという本能」を持つと想定した治療関係は、心を深く理解し、無意識を知ろうと試みる。これは、現代医療における共同意思決定モデルやラポール、すなわち「クライエントの権利」や「人としてのあたたかさ」を重視する姿勢とは明確に区別される。また、「真実を知りたいという本能」は、欲求不満や不安に耐えながらも、主体的に問いを続けるという点で、大学・大学院教育における学生のアカデミズムのテーマと近接しているとも主張した。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this article, I argue, using clinical cases, that "epistemophilic instinct" （Klein, M. 1926） characterizes psychoanalytic therapeutic relationships. The therapeutic relationship assuming that an individual has "epistemophilic instinct" tries to understand the mind deeply and know the unconscious. This is clearly distinguished from shared decision-making models and the rapport in modern healthcare, "a respect for the rights of the clients" and "an emphasis on personal warmth." I also considered that "epistemophilic instinct" was close to the theme of student academism in university and graduate school education in that they continue to ask questions independently while enduring frustration and anxiety. | |||||||||||
