| 内容記述 | In this article the author reconsidered the basic ideas about clinical practice. Therapeutic relationship, therapist’s stance and therapeutic factor were considered at the viewpoints of two clinical perspectives; Mentalization-based Treatment and Cyclical Psychodynamics. The author insisted that basic ideas about clinical practice needed to be reconsidered and updated accompanied with the development of interdisciplinary studies and with the expansion of clinical practice. He also discussed the multi-channel reciprocity in therapeutic relationship, the revaluation of supportive accepting stance of a therapist, and the importance of the processes that clients experience and feeling through their own emotions which have been avoided in the safe therapeutic environment. | |||||||||||
