| 内容記述 | Although the concept of 'Informed Consent' was formally introduced to Japan in 1990 by the Japan Medical Association, there was a foregoing practice which had been explored by medical practitioners who treated Hemophiliacs. There were many cases of HIV infection among the Hemophiliacs during the 1980s; moreover, the physicians had to face with difficult problems that whether they should inform the truth on HIV infection to their parients even though no treatment on HIV disease existed at that time. Despite such difficulties, however, these physicians relied on the basic counseling slills to construct a new relationship between their patients and themselves. As a result, those efforts have developed some groundbreaking practices in the later stages, such as comprehensive medical dare, which has a strong possibility to realize a dialogical relationship between physicians and patients. | |||||
