| 内容記述 | 本研究では、「介護支援専門員が行うアセスメントにおける情報把握」(以下、「情報把握」)と「介護支援専門員の特性」(以下、「特性」)や「人的環境要因」との関連性を検討した。調査方法は、Aブロックの介護支援専門員協会に所属する介護支援専門員を対象に郵送調査を実施した。有効回収率は48.3%(169名)であった。分析方法は、「情報把握」の各因子を従属変数とし、コントロール変数を含む「特性」と「人的環境要因」を独立変数とした強制投入法による重回帰分析を行った。結果、「情報把握」の関連要因について、専門領域、ケアマネジメント関連の研修、利用者や他の人的資源との肯定的な関係であった。すなわち、「情報把握」が高い介護支援専門員の特徴は、①専門領域が社会福祉・介護関連であること、②ケアマネジメント関連の研修を受講していること、③利用者や他の人的資源との人的環境（人間関係）が良好であることが明らかとなった。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The present study examined the relationships between "care managers' gathering information in assessment", the "characteristics of long-term care support specialists", and "human environmental factors". Regarding the survey method, questionnaire forms were distributed by mail to care managers woho are members of the Japan Care Manager Association (Block A). The valid response rate was 48.3%（169 people). A multiple regression analysis based on the forced injection method was conducted, with factors related to "understanding of information" as dependent variables, and "the characteristics of the specialists" and "human environmental factors", including control variables, as independent variables. The factors related to "understanding of information" were associated with specialized fields, training on care management, and the users of care services and other people (as human resources). As their characteristics, care managers with a high-level capacity to understand information: (1) specialized in social work and care work, (2) had undergone training in care management, and (3) established positive relationships with the users of care sevices and other people (as human resources) and developed comfortable environments for them. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
